What the service covers
We prepare, submit and follow up domestic worker transactions for families (the employers) with the relevant authorities and Tadbeer centres, part-time or full-time as the family requires. This covers:
- Job offer, work visa and insurance: visa and insurance contract applications for domestic workers
- Change of status: changing residency status inside the UAE
- Medical fitness test: arranging and typing the application
- Emirates ID: typing ID applications for domestic workers
- Residence visa: following up the issuance and stamping of the domestic worker’s residency
Required documents
- Sponsor’s (employer’s) original Emirates ID.
- Copy of the sponsor’s passport and valid residence visa.
- Sponsor’s recent salary certificate, employment contract, or bank statement for the last 3 months.
- Copy of the domestic worker’s passport and a recent photo.

- 24 to 48 working hours
- Emirates ID and residency
- 24 to 48 hours after passing the medical test
