A virtual Ejari for your Dubai licence, with inspection follow-up throughout the contract year and competitive prices.

THE SERVICE AT A GLANCE

How can we help?

We provide a virtual Ejari that gives your licence a registered business address in Dubai: what the licence needs at setup and renewal, and where inspection visits take place. We follow up on those visits with you throughout the contract year.

  • Virtual Ejari: a tenancy contract registered in the Ejari system in your licence’s name, giving it a business address in Dubai
  • For setting up a new company or renewing your trade licence with the Department of Economy and Tourism
  • Inspections all year: we follow up with you on bank visits, point-of-sale (POS) inspection and Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation inspection
  • Competitive prices, with the full fee clear before we start
  • Ejari renewal in step with your licence renewal
  • You receive the tenancy contract and the Ejari registration certificate to submit to the Department of Economy and Tourism and other authorities

Why does your licence need an Ejari?

A Dubai mainland trade licence generally needs an address registered in the Ejari system, both when it is issued and at each renewal, except in specific cases such as the instant licence (see below).

A virtual Ejari provides that address without renting a physical office, and it is where inspection visits take place: the bank when you open an account, the point-of-sale (POS) inspection, and the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation.

What do you send us?

To renew an existing licence

  • A copy of your current trade licence.

To set up a new company

  • A copy of the initial approval.
  • The trade name reservation certificate.

The contract is registered in the exact trade name shown on the licence or initial approval, so make sure the copy is clear and the name and number match. We may also ask for a copy of the licence holder’s or partner’s passport or Emirates ID, depending on the case.

Typical estimated time

When you may not need a virtual Ejari

If you will not complete the post-licence steps, meaning the establishment card, investor residence visa, MOHRE establishment file and bank account, an instant licence without a virtual Ejari at the start may suit you. You will need an Ejari later if you decide to complete these steps or when you renew the licence. Ask us and we will explain what fits your case.

Before you choose

  • A virtual Ejari is for trade licences on the Dubai mainland. Free zones and other emirates use different systems, such as Tawtheeq in Abu Dhabi.
  • The number of visas your company can obtain depends on the office type and size in the Ejari contract, and a virtual Ejari usually allows only a limited number, so ask us before you start if you plan to apply for visas.
  • Some business activities require a physical office, shop or warehouse and cannot use a virtual Ejari, so tell us your activity before you start.
  • A virtual Ejari is a commercial contract for the licence; it cannot be used as a residential tenancy for a family residence visa.

Times shown are typical estimates, and further documents may be requested depending on the case. Government fees are not part of our fees. We follow up on inspection visits with you; the decision rests with the body carrying them out. We are a private transaction follow-up company, not a government entity and not affiliated with one.

Common questions

Questions about Ejari

What is the difference between a virtual Ejari and a physical office?

A virtual Ejari is a contract registered in the Ejari system that gives your licence a business address without daily workspace. It suits a business that is starting out or works remotely, not one that receives customers or stores goods on site.

What does “inspections all year” mean?

For the full contract year we follow up with you on the inspection visits made to your licence address: the bank when you open an account, the point-of-sale (POS) inspection and the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation inspection.

Can I use a virtual Ejari to renew my licence?

Yes, for trade licences on the Dubai mainland. Send us a copy of your current licence and we will explain the steps and fees.

How long does a virtual Ejari last?

Usually one year, renewed with your licence. Start the renewal well before the Ejari expires so your licence renewal is not delayed.

How much does a virtual Ejari cost?

Our prices are competitive, and we set out the full fees and registration charges before we start, depending on your licence type.

Can I move to a physical office later?

Yes. You can later rent a physical office, register its contract in Ejari and update the licence address; we will explain how to end the virtual contract.

What’s your next step?
