What the service covers

We type and complete Emirates ID applications for all categories — new cards, renewals, and replacements for lost or damaged cards — in line with the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security requirements. Categories:

  • UAE and GCC citizens: applications to issue and renew the national ID
  • Residents: personal, company or family sponsorship
  • Companies and employees: individual and group ID transactions
  • Domestic workers: housemaids, drivers and nannies

Required documents

For UAE and GCC citizens

  • Original family book (for UAE citizens).
  • Original valid passport.
  • Recent photo on a white background, official size.
  • Old ID card (for renewals).

For residents, companies and domestic workers

  • Original valid passport.
  • Original entry permit (new residency) or current/digital residence visa (renewal).
  • Recent photo on a white background, to the approved standard.
  • Old Emirates ID (for renewal or damaged-card replacement).
  • Unified Number, if available.
