Service details

What the service covers

We help you prepare, submit and follow up a pardon request to reduce or waive accumulated residency and visa fines. The decision rests with the pardon committee.

  • Preparing and submitting the pardon request
  • Following up the request until a decision is issued

Required documents

  • Copy of the passport and Emirates ID of the sponsor and the sponsored person.
  • Statement of residency fines, or a visa details report.
  • A pardon request letter explaining the reasons, with supporting documents.

Typical estimated time

Decision on the request
2 to 5 working days, depending on the pardon committee

Times are typical estimates; the final decision and processing time rest with the relevant authority, and additional documents may be requested depending on the case. Government fees are not included in our fees and vary by transaction. We are a private document clearing business, not a government authority and not affiliated with one.
